The "Vault" Packing Standard

We utilize a multi-stage packing process designed specifically for high-value and delicate figurines:

Premium Bubble Wrap Protection Every item is hand-wrapped in multiple layers of high-grade, small-cell bubble wrap. This provides a soft, secure cushion for delicate extremities—such as the umbrella handle on your Umbrella Girl or the intricate fingers on many Lladro Figurines.

Double-Box Reinforced Engineering For our rarest and most fragile pieces, we employ a "box-within-a-box" method. This creates a critical shock-absorbing buffer that protects the inner contents from the vibrations and bumps of transit.

High-Visibility Safety Labeling We believe in over-communication with transit carriers. Every package is clearly marked with multiple High-Visibility "Fragile" Stickers on every side, ensuring your parcel is handled with the respect it deserves from our door to yours.

Beyond just shipping, our guarantee covers the soul of the piece. Every Goebel Hummel,  Royal Doulton, Lladro and Anri, as well as all of our other treasures, is inspected under high-intensity lighting.  

We guarantee the absence of hidden chips, cracks, or repairs unless explicitly noted in the listing. If you are not thrilled with the vibrant colors or the condition of your piece upon arrival, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.

Our Strict Grading Standard

We know that buying vintage collectibles online requires trust. That is why we don't just "glance" at our inventory—we inspect every single inch. To ensure you know exactly what you are buying, we only sell figurines that meet one of these three premium standards:

1. Mint in Box (MIB)

The "Holy Grail" for collectors. These items are in flawless, like-new condition and come with their original box and packaging. They are perfect for gifting or for the serious investor.

2. Mint Condition

These pieces are physically perfect. They have no chips, no cracks, no repairs, and no crazing. They look exactly as they did the day they left the factory, but they do not have their original box.

3. Excellent Condition

These are beautiful vintage examples that have been lovingly cared for. They have absolutely no chips, cracks, or repairs. They may show very minor signs of their age (such as faint shelf wear on the bottom or extremely light crazing common in vintage porcelain), but they display beautifully.

What We DO NOT Sell:

We do not sell items with glued repairs, chipped petals, or missing pieces. If an item doesn't meet our "Excellent" standard, it doesn't make it to our store.
