Unlike molded ceramics, every ANRI sculpture begins as a seasoned block of slow-grown Alpine maple or cembra pine. Rather than masking the timber beneath heavy opaque paint, Val Gardena finishers apply delicate, hand-painted brushstrokes of translucent oil stain—allowing the silky ribboning of the natural ANRI wood grain to glow through every carved garment fold.
